Highlighting authors of science fiction, fantasy and horror, the Chiaroscuro Reading Series is a monthly event which is open to the the public. Hosted by Augusta House, the  Reading and Workshop Series takes place the second Wednesday of each month. Whether you’re a fan of the Canadian literary scene or are a budding author yourself, the Chiaroscuro Reading and Workshop Series seeks to be a “forum to showcase known authors in the field as well as those who are at the beginning stages of their career.” By supporting emerging writers, the hope is that the Canadian science fiction, fantasy and horror literary scene will continue to grow.
